What will I pay?
The package price is $120, including Quest blood collection. There is no separate Quest blood-draw fee. Choose an available Quest location using the instructions in your account.
This lab package is HSA/FSA eligible and is offered as cash-pay testing. Confirm your collection choice, eligibility and final amount during ordering.
Before your blood draw
Discuss gluten intake and any known IgA deficiency with your clinician first. Follow the fasting instructions for the complete package and avoid a self-directed gluten challenge.

A more informed choice
Your questions,
answered.
Which celiac antibodies are included?
The package lists tissue transglutaminase antibodies in the IgA and IgG classes, plus a CMP and CBC with differential. These are the exact markers shown in the ordering catalog.
Why are IgA and IgG antibodies listed?
These are two classes of tissue transglutaminase antibodies. Your clinician interprets them with your history and any known IgA deficiency, and may recommend additional testing to complete the assessment.
Should I stop eating gluten before the blood test?
Celiac blood testing is most informative while you are eating gluten. Starting a gluten-free diet can affect the result. If you already avoid gluten, discuss a testing plan with your clinician before changing your diet again.
Does this diagnose celiac disease or gluten sensitivity?
Celiac antibodies help guide the diagnostic work-up. Your clinician may recommend further evaluation, including intestinal biopsy. This package does not diagnose a wheat allergy or non-celiac gluten sensitivity, and a negative result does not settle every cause of digestive symptoms.
What does the $120 package price include?
The price includes the listed tTG antibodies, CMP and CBC, with provider-reviewed results. Quest blood collection is included. It is not an all-food intolerance panel or a comprehensive nutrient-absorption assessment.

These are alternatives to discuss, not a recommendation to order every panel. Several packages share tests.
