Learn about our philosophy

My approach to care

I see nutrition counseling as a partnership. You bring your experiences and priorities; I bring nutrition knowledge, thoughtful questions, and support. Together, we choose a pace and direction that feel useful to you.

Our work can include exploring beliefs about food and your body, celebrating progress, and making room for challenges. I aim to help you develop sustainable ways of caring for yourself.

What working together looks like

We begin by discussing your goals, eating patterns, and daily routines. You can bring questions about nutrition, food choices, or the messages that have shaped your relationship with your body.

We agree on practical next steps together. Follow-up appointments give us space to review your experience, recognize progress, and adjust strategies as your needs change.
