Does Thorne Daily Electrolytes contain stevia?
Yes. These options contain rebaudioside M, a stevia-derived sweetener. Sugar-free does not mean unsweetened. If stevia’s taste is a reason you avoid a drink, consider that before choosing either option.
How do you mix it?
The label directs you to mix one stick pack with at least 12 ounces of water daily, or follow your health-care practitioner’s recommendation. Follow the directions on the package you receive.
What are the other ingredients?
Blood Orange: citric acid, flavors, rebaudioside M (from stevia), silicon dioxide, calcium silicate, and turmeric for color.
Blackberry: natural flavors, malic acid, silicon dioxide, rebaudioside M, and fruit and vegetable juice for color.
Strawberry Lemonade: citric acid, natural flavors, silicon dioxide, rebaudioside M, and beet juice for color.
Grapefruit: citric acid, natural flavors, silicon dioxide, rebaudioside M, and turmeric and vegetable juice for color.
Are these gluten-free and NSF Certified for Sport?
Both Fullscript listings identify the products as gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, and NSF Certified for Sport. Check the current label for the exact product you order.
Can you put these electrolytes in hot water?
The directions specify water but do not give a hot-water temperature range. We have not verified these Thorne formulas for hot-water preparation. Follow the package directions and check with Thorne before using them in hot drinks.
What should I check before ordering?
Review the sodium content, sweetener, and flavor-specific ingredient list alongside any dietary guidance you already follow. The label advises consulting your health-care practitioner before use during pregnancy. Use only if the bag is sealed, and store it sealed in a cool, dry place.
